We do not rent out individual attractions (such as bowling lanes or laser tag) to ensure that our activity pass holders enjoy full access during their visit.
Groups can rent the entire building for exclusive use – perfect for corporate parties or grad nights. Availability is limited, so call your nearest location and ask for an event coordinator.

Saturdays are our busiest day. For shorter wait times and the best value for your passes, we recommend visiting Monday through Thursday. Please note, activity passes are non-refundable, so we encourage guests to plan their time accordingly.

Yes! Guests can reserve a party space directly on our website. Please visit our Parties & Events page for more information.

Yes! We’re proud to support our community with exclusive discounts for schools, churches, sports teams, fundraising groups as well as military & first responders.

Employees must be 16 or older. Visit the location page and click Apply to see current openings.

Wristbands are like cash – lost wristbands cannot be replaced or refunded. Each participant must wear their wristband, which is attached by a Rush Funplex staff member at entry.

No, we do not offer public WiFi. For security reasons, guests cannot access our private network.

Spectators do not need a pass to enter, though some areas may be inaccessible.
All participants – regardless of age – need a pass to enjoy activities. (See our height and age requirements for details.)

No outside food or drinks are allowed. Guests with a reserved party space may bring a birthday cake or cupcakes.

YES, there are height & age requirements for the following attractions :

  • Go Karts: Drivers must be 58 inches tall; passengers must be 40 inches tall. Kiddie Kart drivers must be under 54” and under 90 lbs.
  • Bumper Cars: Drivers must be 36 inches tall and at least 5 years old.
  • Rock Wall (Syracuse): Climbers under 16 must have an adult supervising (1 adult per 3 kids).
  • Billiards: For guests 16 years and older.
